The company was established in Shenzhen, beginning its development in dental equipment, materials and restorative solutions. During the same year, the company entered international industry cooperation and participated in the SIDEX dental exhibition in Seoul.
Medical device operations were formally established, and dedicated projects for implant components and dental equipment were launched. Development began on customized abutments and other restorative products, alongside the company’s first independently developed five-axis dental milling machine.
The implant component R&D team expanded, with additional development equipment and strengthened manufacturing capabilities. Cooperation with international dental brands grew, while the implant product department moved from development into production.
PB Dental accelerated its digital dentistry strategy, introduced more complete digital workflow solutions and continued investing in four-axis and five-axis dental milling technology. Joint development, technical patents and quality-system improvements strengthened the company’s product and manufacturing foundation.
Today, PB Dental supports international partners with implant restorative components, compatibility-oriented product solutions and flexible OEM/ODM manufacturing programs. The wider PB Dental business also covers digital dental equipment and professional dental materials through dedicated product lines.
PB Dental operates its own research, development and production center, allowing us to maintain closer control over product design, manufacturing processes, quality inspection and continuous improvement.
Our production capabilities include five-axis dental milling machines such as the PENGBO-P50 and PENGBO-S51, four-axis milling equipment, intraoral scanning technology, 3D printing equipment and zirconia processing systems.
These capabilities support the development and production of customized restorative abutments, finished abutments, bridge and bar solutions, titanium components and more than 500 related implant accessories.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 by SGS-certified quality management system. Quality requirements are incorporated into material control, production, inspection, documentation and product traceability.
